Reschedule or cancel an appointment
Change of plans? Here is how to move or cancel.
If you have an account: open My appointments, choose the appointment, then Reschedule or Cancel.
If you booked as a guest: use the link in your confirmation e-mail — it opens your booking with a Cancel button.
Some professionals allow free changes only until a set time before the appointment (shown before you book). After that, contact them directly.
