These terms govern your use of Appointly. They are written in plain language; have them reviewed by your own legal adviser before relying on them.

USING THE SERVICE
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity on your account.

BOOKINGS
Appointly connects clients and professionals. The appointment itself is an agreement between the client and the professional; the professional is responsible for the service they provide and for their cancellation rules, which are shown before you book.

PROFESSIONALS AND ORGANIZATIONS
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, services, availability and prices, and for handling your clients' personal data lawfully. Organization owners are responsible for the team members they invite.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't misuse the service: no spam, scraping, attempts to break security, or impersonation.

AVAILABILITY
Appointly is in early access and is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but can't promise uninterrupted service, and features may change.

LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the conduct of professionals and clients using the service.

ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can stop using Appointly at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
